Jellyfish — Hamburg (1/2012)

As much as I like visiting Germany, one of the things that I don’t particularly like is regular German food.  So, on the occasion of visiting a brand new destination, I tried to find at least one good restaurant.  Nothing came up on the molecular gastronomy search, so I looked on  The second-highest rated restaurant is this seafood place called Jellyfish.  I checked their website – they seemed very language friendly and the menu looked interesting. They have a normal menu format with several preparations that sounded and looked interesting.  Plus, I could book them online via OpenTable  Germany, and they were not far from the center of town.  I have to apologize for the pictures – just not very good lighting.
